Terms and Conditions

Customers are required to pay a 50% non-refundable deposit on the date of purchasing a bridal gown.
Miledy LLC / Miledy Bridal Boutique is under no obligation to refund or exchange any dress once a deposit has been made.

We specialize in the sale of customized and new wedding dresses. No goods may be removed from the premises until full payment for the wedding dress and/or accessories has been received.

All gowns remain the property of Miledy LLC / Miledy Bridal Boutique until paid for in full.
Items with a deposit are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Customers should retain their receipts as proof of purchase and are responsible for reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions.

All gowns and accessories are sold as seen and cannot be returned or refunded.

The price of garments excludes all costs related to alterations or fitting work.

After the deposit has been paid and a contract has been signed, Miledy LLC / Miledy Bridal Boutique cannot and will not accept responsibility for any changes in the customer's body shape or size.

Gowns may be purchased as either:

• Made-to-Measure: A new or existing design where basic fitting adjustments are included in the price. Additions such as sashes, embellishments, or custom changes will incur additional charges.
   
• Off-the-Rack: The gown is sold in its current condition. All alterations or additions are charged separately.
   

Payment may be made in installments. A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. The remaining balance must be paid in full by the final fitting. No production will begin until the initial deposit has been received.

Once the 50% deposit is paid, Miledy LLC / Miledy Bridal Boutique immediately places material orders or begins production. We are contractually bound to honor those orders, and as such, all deposits are forfeited if the order is canceled at any time.

For off-the-rack purchases, the deposit is also non-refundable, as gowns may be cleaned or removed from inventory, preventing other sales. Administrative time and costs are also covered by the deposit.

We recommend placing gown orders no later than 4 months before the wedding date.
Orders placed within 2 months of the wedding may incur a 10% rush fee, and there is a risk that certain materials may be unavailable due to supply constraints.

The first consultation, fitting, and measurements appointment is $30. This fee is credited toward the gown if purchased.

Appointments are 30–45 minutes long. Please arrive with your bridal undergarments and wedding shoes to ensure accurate measurements and fit. Avoid wearing makeup or tanning products, as these may stain the gown.

We strongly recommend using professional dry cleaners that specialize in bridal gowns. Some gowns are constructed using multiple materials that require unique care. Improper cleaning can result in irreversible damage.

We take measurements at the time of order. We are not responsible for changes in your body measurements after this date. While we make every effort to adjust the garment as needed, we cannot guarantee a perfect fit if body changes occur.

We are not responsible for supplier delays in delivering materials. In the event of a delay, we will do our best to provide a suitable alternative.

Please note that made-to-order gowns may vary slightly in color or texture from the showroom sample due to dye lot differences and fabric availability.

Gowns stored at our boutique after final payment are held at the customer's risk. Gowns must be collected within 6 months of the order date unless otherwise arranged. After this time, uncollected gowns will be returned to stock and sold. Deposits on uncollected gowns are forfeited.

We are not responsible for the garment after it leaves our possession.
